- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆As a prospective tenant I was really excited to come and tour the townhouse that I previously discussed and scheduled with a leasing consultant. I arrived prior to my appointment time (a little early) and advised the Manager, Sarah, that I had questions for follow up. She rushed me and said "if I have time because I have other appointments as well". Immediately I thought well I'm here during my appointment time so why does that even matter? The management tells all about what to expect while you stay at an apartment. If she can't respect the fact that I scheduled an appointment, arrived early and showed true interest then I will take my money elsewhere.By Renee West, March 09, 2018
